New GM and Co-COO for USA Building’s Rockville/D.C. office

Stephen Skinner, a 28-year industry veteran, is the new general manager of the Rockville/D.C. office, and Co-COO Scott MacLeod is replacing Bill Brennan as the Co-COO for that office. Brennan will remain the Co-COO overseeing the Boston, New Haven and Philadelphia offices.
