USA Civil announces Bob Koch’s retirement and leadership reorganization

After a stellar 42-year Skanska career, Executive Vice President Bob Koch is retiring in mid-January. Along with that news, Mike Cobelli, USA Civil’s incoming president and CEO, last week announced a wide-ranging leadership restructuring effective January 1 to best position the unit for continued national growth and to recognize employee contributions. This includes splitting Civil’s chief operating officer role – which has been held by Cobelli – into two positions: COO West and COO East. Also, the West Region is being divided into several entities to support its current backlog and growth goals, and the Northeast region is getting a new senior vice president/general manager.
