P3s aren’t just for transportation – here’s how they can help with public buildings too

In the U.S., public-private partnerships have typically been used to leverage private dollars to advance transportation projects, such as our Elizabeth River Tunnels project in Virginia and I-4 Ultimate in Florida. But Europe and Canada have been using P3s to advance public building projects, and we’re starting to see that broader use of P3s in the U.S. too, such as with our pursuit of the LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement P3 in New York City.
