USA Building reorganizes structure of Centers of Excellence

To support growth in core markets, USA Building has shifted oversight of its Centers of Excellence. The six COEs – healthcare, aviation, sports, federal government, life sciences and mission critical – have each been overseen by a co-chief operating officer. Now, COE leaders are reporting to Larry Casey, who is adding to his present responsibilities and now has the title of EVP, chief strategy and markets officer. In addition, SVP Andrew Quirk, national director of the Healthcare COE, will take on the added responsibility as director of COE Markets Strategy, overseeing a team that will provide research, communications, training and marketing support to all COE leaders.

“As we look to drive more focus and collaboration, as well as expand the business, I want to see more consistency in how the COEs operate and engage with the local offices,” USB President Bill Flemming said in announcing these changes. “Larry and Andrew, with the other COE leaders, intend to place even more attention on our core markets, provide value-added services to the local offices, establish and support national accounts, and increase sales.”
