$463 million in contract awards: New York, South Carolina and Florida

We’ve signed a $255 million contract to build the new CPV Valley Energy Center in Wawayanda, N.Y. Along with that, we secured an $87 million amendment to our contract to build Boeing’s Commercial Airplane Decorative Paint Facility in Charleston, S.C.; a $61 million contract to expand the Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y.; and a $60 million supplemental contract for our Tampa International Airport renovation and expansion project in Florida.

Our largest U.S. healthcare project comes to completion

After persevering through 36 months of construction, our University Medical Center team has successfully delivered the 2.2 million-square-foot complex that restores healthcare capacity destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. This New Orleans project, which involved about 140 trade contractors and peaked at 2,000 craft workers, involved significant achievements regarding safety, prefabrication and virtual design and construction.

Our Interstate 275 team this month successfully accomplished their biggest milestone and largest traffic shift, moving southbound traffic to three newly constructed lanes stretching for the four-mile project length. This $215.4 million design-build project sets the stage for a public-private partnership managed lanes undertaking that the client estimates will cost $3.5 billion.
